Flourish Homes is a key provider of affordable supported housing in central Somerset.
If you're looking for independence but with a support network when you need it then our sheltered or extra care housing could be just what you're looking for.
These rented properties offer you the comfort of your own home but also a safety net of support and assistance when you need it. All our schemes are real communities where there's always something going on if you fancy joining in.

Community support services
But we don't just offer supported housing. We also take the support we offer on these schemes out into the wider community to help people live independently in their own homes.
From our Mendip Helpline (which can be known as community alarm systems or piper lifelines) to our Telecare services we can find a solution that will give you peace of mind.
We also offer short, medium and long term assistance if you need support in your home to stay independent. You might need some support for a short time after a bereavement to help you sort out all the things that happen at that time. Or you just might need some ongoing support to help you sort things out at home so that you can stay in your home. We can help because we're imaginative in our approach to providing the support you need, tailored to your particular needs.
